Augusta, Georgia. The primary purpose of our massage
school is to prepare students for satisfying and
lucrative careers as massage therapists. We instruct in

We offer two curriculums-a 550 hour course and a 600
hour course. Both include Anatomy & Physiology, Business
and Ethics, Massage Theory & Practice, Allied
Modalities, and Student Clinics, with the 600 hour
course offering instruction in several other modalities.
Both courses prepare the student to successfully take
the National Certification Exam and/or MBLEX and both are completed
in six months, with no overlapping classes.
Georgia
Academy of Massage is located at 106 Davis Road in the
same building as Georgia Therapeutic Massage. We have
two large classrooms, a library and a nice student break
area with a refrigerator and microwave. We also have a
small supply shop carrying massage related items, such
as creams, essential oils, books, CD's, massage tools,
etc. Being located in a professional massage business
gives our students a definite advantage, as they have
excellent opportunities to observe and practice
treatments, speak with licensed massage therapists, and
witness how a successful massage business is run. |
